A venue is wrong, closed or should not be listed

The list is rebuilt from the public licence register, which is released monthly, so a venue that has closed can stay listed for a few weeks. Mark it Closed down and it leaves your list.

If you run a venue and want its entry corrected or removed, email hello@lotlsoft.com with the trading name and address.

My votes are not showing as mine

Which venues you voted on is remembered in this browser only. In another browser, or after clearing your browsing data, your earlier votes still count in the totals but no longer show as yours, and you cannot withdraw them from there. To withdraw a vote, press the same choice again in the browser you voted from.

The map is blank

The map needs WebGL, which some older phones and locked-down browsers turn off, and it loads its background from another server, which some content blockers stop. The list always has the same venues.

Nearest to me does nothing

That order needs your location. If you said no when your browser asked, allow location for this site in your browser settings and reload. Your position is used inside your browser to order the list and is not sent to us.
